Gregory T. Rousos, President & Chief Executive Officer, is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner. He graduated from Ohio State University with a BSBA degree with majors in accounting and computer and information services. Before joining the Foundation in 2000, he held senior financial positions with ResCare, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Thornton Oil.

Paul Stropkay CFA, Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer,  has ten years of investment banking and buy-side equity research experience and is a community bank director. Paul earned a B.A. degree from Miami University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

R. Crit Thomas CFA, Senior Investment Officer, brings over twenty years of buy-side equity research experience. A  former Director of Research with a boutique registered investment advisor, Crit received a B.A. from The Ohio State University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Joe Heintzman CWA, Vice President, Director of Investment Operations, is a Registered Financial Operations Principal and former SVP and CFO of a Kentucky based regional brokerage firm with 34 years experience. Mr. Heintzman has served as the primary coordinator of New Covenant Fund activities within the Adviser to the Funds. He additionally handles the financial reporting and operations for New Covenant Funds Distributor, Inc.

Carla S. Dobson, Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer, holds a B.S. degree from Indiana University School of Business. She has completed Cannon Trust Schools I, II, and III and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.

Lisa C. Love, Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer, is a graduate of Kenyon College (Ohio) and earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Louisville School of Law. She has completed Cannon Trust schools I, II, and III and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.
